DAY 15 was composed in the first period of the world lockdown in 2020. I wanted to inspire myself by the feelings of fear, frustration, and unknownness of the future that we were experiencing, probably exalted by the fact of being an expat far away from home. Truth is, the music that came up from my gut was somehow far away from these emotions. Soon enough I realised that, contrastingly, I lived in that same period, a very unique and particular experience, that was getting married, with the love of my life We took off our long-lasting pyjamas and suited up for the occasion. Our marriage consisted of 5 people: us, the judge, and 2 witnesses, half of the process happening in a language that we did not understand very well. No hugs, no party, not even a beer after (everything was completely closed), we walked home alone and on the way back we realised we were running out of milk so we bought some in the supermarket... why not, you know? This is the story of all that journey. From home, the expectation, the excitement, also the uncertainty, the alienation, through the love, the strength, to the excitement again. In the most extreme and rare situations, in the end being by the side of the ones you love is the most inspiring and amazing gift. So this is a celebration of love in the middle of chaos I hope you can experience those emotions through this music and through this animation.
